Garlic and Rosemary Roasted Potatoes 




Garlic.Rosemary.Salty Potatoes. Can you think of a better side dish? I think not. 

These are a classic side dish for any meal and require little preparation and cooking time.


Simply toss potatoes in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary. Coat potatoes well. 
Put potatoes into a baking dish and insert into preheated oven for 30 mins or until fork tender. 



Preparation time: 5 Minutes
Cooking time: 30 Minutes
Level: Easy 

1 lb potatoes , approximately 20 potatoes
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves minced garlic
3 sprigs rosemary
Salt & Pepper to taste
Garnish: Chopped parsley 

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit 
2. In a bowl mix together potatoes, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Coat well. 
3. Place potatoes in baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until tender.
4. Optional: Broil potatoes at 500 degrees for 3 minutes. 
5. Top with chopped parsley and serve warm.
